How do we choose your event sitter?
Just how parents choose a sitter for their own children – I, Kim - owner of MFN, take the same love and care while selecting the best event sitters for each and everyone of our clients.
How do I do this? Well, it all starts when you first inquire about our services. The initial inquiry form collects general information such as: number of children, ages of children, and location of event. This information jumpstarts the selection process of your ideal event sitter. Once I have a general idea of what you’re looking for and who I have available in your location, I will then send you a questionnaire to collect more details on your littlest guests. This questionnaire asks for information such as children’s names, favorite activities, any severe allergies or special needs, likes/dislikes, have they been left with a sitter before etc.
Our questionnaire is hosted online so it can easily be forwarded over to the children’s parents, or you, the client, can tackle it yourself. This information is very important and allows us to provide our clients with the very individual care and really makes all the difference once the event rolls around.
On the day of your event, our sitters come equipped with supplies specific to your event. Did you say Jason liked Superman? Well, we brought along some Superman coloring books and a cape to go with it. Ava likes puppies? We just so happen to have some arts and crafts supplies to make a puppy puppet!
We try our best to create an environment that allows your guests’ children to transition easily over to our sitters. We take every step possible to find entertainment that will spark their interest and allow their parents to head over to your event knowing their little ones are safe, happy and having fun.
